Capital Market Financing

Do you want to expand the range of traditional loan products already used in your liquidity management and take advantage of the opportunities offered in the capital markets?

We have been working for customers in this area for many years and would be pleased to use our broad investor base for the benefit of your company. We can offer you a range of services, from syndicated loans to ABS structures.

Syndicated Loans
We can syndicate a loan for your company together with other banks. This will enable you to bundle smaller loan amounts into a larger overall facility, with just one partner bank acting as the lead manager.

Loans against Borrower's Note
This is the first step on the road to investment banking. You gain by preserving your credit limits at your core banks and enlarging your funding base.

Bonds
The use of this capital market product enables you to expand your financing possibilities and to take advantage of possible spreads between the credit and bond markets at the time of borrowing.

Quasi-equity Products
These equity products – participation certificates, bonds with warrants and convertible bonds – complete the range of options at your disposal for raising capital. Issuing quasi-equity products strengthens your equity base and, depending on the circumstances, may also help you to reduce your funding costs.

Credit Derivatives
If your receivables portfolio contains a variety of different risks (supplier risks and transfer risks, for example), you can use credit derivatives to hedge these risks for your company.

Asset-backed Securities (ABS)
Selling balance sheet assets allows you to improve your liquidity situation, reduce your funding costs and change your balance sheet indicators for the better, which also has a positive knock-effect on your standing in the markets.
