Our function is to act as initial contact office for the savings banks in Hesse-Thuringia and their customers, as well as the customers of Helaba, who have interest in the Iberian Peninsula and would like to use our contacts (chambers of commerce, lawyers, advisers, certified public accountants, etc.).

Thanks to the relationships we have built up, we can be helpful in establishing business connections. In this context, we take pleasure in clarifying all kinds of questions that arise on both sides.

Furthermore, in the framework of financings that we undertake (mid- to long-term lending business, project and property-linked financings, derivatives business) we have very good contacts to both the public and the financial sectors, as well as to well-known companies. In answering business inquiries we can make use of relationships we have cultivated over many years.

We have accumulated experience in the respective product divisions as result of the steady succession of business deals. Support for our activities is also given by our legal department which has a perfect knowledge of Spanish. All this enables us to be of great assistance in concrete and specialized questions that arise for our customers.
