Revolving Credit Facility for Wincor Nixdorf
Helaba structures and arranges a Syndicated Revolving Credit Facility of EUR 400m for Wincor Nixdorf AG and is acting as a Mandated Bookrunner and Mandated Lead Arranger.
Syndicated loan for ANZAG
Helaba, together with Deutsche Bank, is financing operating funds amounting to EUR 200 million for Andreae-Noris Zahn AG (ANZAG).
