Michael Kroeger becomes General manager of Helaba’s International Real Estate Lending

The fifty-one-year-old has deputized in this position since 2010. He joined Helaba in April 2006 and established the origination for Real Estate Financing in Central and Northern Europe. Since then he positioned Helaba in these markets successfully. His new responsibilities comprise Helaba’s international key markets, i.e. USA, UK, France as well as Scandinavia and Central Europe. 

Before, Kröger, a qualified lawyer with almost twenty years of professional experience in Real Estate Financing, held various positions in that field at, among others Commerzbank AG and Eurohypo AG. He is known as an expert in Real Estate Lending on an international level.
