The Supervisory Board and the Owner’s Assembly of Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen have appointed Johann Berger as Vice-Chairman of Helaba’s Board Managing Directors. The 49-year-old has been a member of the Helaba Board since October 1, 2007. Prior to this, Berger had been a member of the Group Board of Unicredit. In Helaba’s Board, Berger is responsible inter alia for the business fields of Real Estate Lending, Real Estate Management and Financial Institutions & International Public Finance. |
